All human beings, whether they are my friends, my enemies, or strangers, have to experience without any choice countless suffering, such as birth, ageing, illness, pain, and death. How wonderful it would be if they could be released from these miseries. May they be released from these miseries. I myself will release them. May all their sufferings and negative karma ripen upon me now.
